Purpose

Responsibilities
The Future Site Selection Committee will identify the selected state (city) at least three years in advance of the date of the Annual Meeting.
The committee will include one or more representatives of each member state.
The selection of the state is restricted to those six MSERA member states: Alabama Arkansas. Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. In odd-numbered years, the Annual Meeting will be held in member states on a rotating alphabetical basis. A state may pass when its turn occurs in the normal rotation among member sites.
