Research in the Schools Outstanding Reviewer Award

Beginning in 2006, the co-editors of Research in the Schools began recognizing individuals who rendered exemplary service to the journal in their roles as editorial board members. Timeliness, diligence, and the willingness to offer constructive suggestions are among the traits of peer reviewers ("referees") that are highly valued both by journal editors and by those who submit their manuscripts for consideration. Awardees are announced at the fall board meeting and at the business meeting of the Annual Meeting.
